HISTORY:

The patient is a female in her 40s with a past medical history of chronic interstitial cystitis, overactive bladder, recurrent urinary tract infections, and poorly controlled diabetes mellitus.

A biopsy was taken from her bladder during her cystourethroscopy with injection for chemodenervation procedure.
