HISTORY:

A 63-year-old female with recurrent nasal polyps, nasal and lip papilloma with revision right total ethmoidectomy, revision right sphenoid sinusotomy with removal of tissue, medial maxillectomy for resection of an inverted papilloma, and resection of the right nasal septal mucosa carried. A biopsy from the maxillary sinus is shown.
