HISTORY:

A male patient in his 50s with known history of benign prostatic hyperplasia and noninvasive papillary urothelial bladder carcinoma presented with a new bladder lesion.

His cystoscopy and transurethral resection of bladder tumor showed an area of papillary change over right lateral bladder wall.

In terms of his past medical history, the patient was diagnosed with noninvasive papillary urothelial bladder carcinoma.
