HISTORY:

Patient is a male in his 50’s with history of adenocarcinoma of the prostate s/p treatments of external beam radiation therapy (EBRT) and 2-years of androgen deprivation therapy who presented with PSA elevation following testosterone recovery. The patient proceeded with MRI-guided prostate biopsy.
