A male  in his 80’s with worsening lower urinary tract symptoms: Dysuria, hematuria, increased urinary frequency

On imaging: 1 cm posterior bladder wall tumor, sessile near dome

GROSS:

Thickened, irregular renal pelvis with or without associated papillary component
