HISTORY:

A Male patient in his late 40s presented with slowly enlarging lesion on the penis. His past history is significant for a surgical excision of a lesion on his penis. N/H/O Hematuria, Dysuria, Tb exposure, bone/back pain.

 Physical examination revealed a 2 cm exophytic mass with a papillary surface on the glans penis. No palpable inguinal or regional lymphadenopathy was identified.

The patient subsequently underwent a surgical excision of the mass.
