HISTORY:

Male patient in his late 20s presented with a palpable left epididymal mass. The patient’s medical history was negative for any itching, discharge, TB exposure and was otherwise unremarkable.

Physical examination revealed a 2 cm from the left epididymal tail and rest of genitalia were normal.

Labs revealed normal Alpha-Fetoprotein and Beta-HCG. USG both testes was normal and CT chest abdomen was negative for any metastasis.

The patient subsequently underwent limited surgical resection of the mass.
