HISTORY:
A Male patient in his late 60s presented with difficulty passing urine and hematuria for 1 month.
Imaging revealed a well-defined echogenic mass in the bladder wall.
The patient underwent subsequent partial cystectomy followed by neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
