HISTORY:

A 58 year old male with history of multiple myeloma with progressive extra medullary disease. Admitted to the hospital for AKI, hydronephrosis. CT PET showed lymphadenopathy above and below the diaphragm with bladder and lung involvement.

Renal function improved but eventually patient developed hematuria with difficulty voiding, incomplete emptying without fever/chills. Bladder biopsy was performed.
