HISTORY:

Pt is a 57 yo African American female with 2 year history of erythematous raised nodule inferiolateral to her oral commissure and intermittent papules around her nasal ala. She had similar patches on her scalp associated with significant pruritus but seemingly resolved without treatment. Of note, she is undergoing evaluation by both ENT for chronic sinusitis and frequent nasal congestion as well as rheumatology for hilar adenopathy and concern for an underlying autoimmune rheumatologic disease.
