30ish old female with abdominal epigastric pain.
EGD identified a normal-appearing gastric mucosa with extensive food contents within the pylorus.
What is the diagnosis?
- Infection/colonization with Micrococcus spp.
- Focal sloughing-dysplasia of gastric epithelium
- Infection/colonization with Sarcina spp.
- Superficial fungal infection
- Chronic active gastritis with Helicobacter spp.
