HISTORY:
A 59-year-old male with a history of elevated PSA, started above 4 and rising, most recent being 10.7 ng/ml. MRI prostate showed prostatomegaly with mild BPH changes with a PI-RADS 4 nodule seen in the left anterior peripheral zone at the apex. A prostate biopsy was performed.
