HISTORY:
A 72-year-old female who presents in consultation for incidental left renal mass. CT scan shows an enhancing left renal mass with a central stellate scar. Thus, both RCC and oncocytoma on the differential. Complicating this is a possible new diagnosis of cirrhosis, with signs of liver nodularity and portal hypertension detected on the referring CT scan. The patient also has incidental colonic thickening. A renal biopsy was done for the renal mass.
