HISTORY:
A 73 year old male with history of IBS, first degree atrioventricular block, anemia presenting with a recurrent perineal mass, originally biopsied in 2010. Patient underwent subsequent surgical resection by perineal route.
GROSS:
Perineal mass excision reveals well-circumscribed 2.9cm mass with fibrous and firm cut surface.
Right hemiscrotum soft tissue reveals fibroadipose tissue with no evidence of neoplasia.
What is the most likely diagnosis?
