HISTORY:

A male in his early 20’s presented to ED for scrotal pain

Concern for kidney stone resulted in a non-contrast CT

CT scan revealed hyperdense mass of the lower pole of the L kidney (2.6cm) and a R soft tissue mass, thought to be a “lymph node”, medial to the R renal hilum (2.7cm x 2.6cm)

Concern for metastatic disease, as masses are bilateral

Biopsy of the R “lymph node” was performed
