HISTORY:

A female in her 30s with a history of right flank pain, hypertension, anxiety, depression, migraines, tobacco use and hidradenitis.

CT Abdomen with contrast revealed 18.2 cm complex right renal cystic mass concerning for neoplasm. MRI Abdomen revealed a large and complex, hemorrhagic renal lesion on the right with a significant amount of hemorrhagic internal debris, measuring approximately 19.4 x 9.8 x 16.6 cm. A complex, enhancing and lobulated component of this cystic mass is seen at the medial margin, measuring 8 x 7 cm. The remaining majority of the complex hemorrhagic mass demonstrates no significant enhancement.
