HISTORY:

60-year-old man presented with right-sided flank pain and gross hematuria. He had a history of hypertension and had been on maintenance hemodialysis for one year due to end-stage renal disease.

Radiological evaluation revealed a right renal mass suspicious for malignancy. The patient was diagnosed with right renal cell carcinoma and subsequently underwent a radical nephrectomy for definitive management.
