HISTORY:

The patient is a 27 year old G2P1001 female 10 weeks pregnant who presents to the ER with vaginal bleeding for 2 days. Beta HCG was 12,000. Ultrasound showed thickened endometrium without intrauterine pregnancy and possible ectopic pregnancy of the cornu. Dilation and curettage with diagnostic laparoscopy was performed.
