HISTORY:
63 year old female presented with abdominal discomfort, gross hematuria, and inability to void. MRI of the pelvis revealed a bladder mass measuring 12.5 x 7.9 x 4.1 cm. Cystourethroscopy revealed a pan urethral tumor, papillary in appearance, which extended to the bladder.
