HISTORY:
                   A male in his 60s presented with gross hematuria. Cystourethroscopy revealed a bladder tumor at the dome, posterior wall and left lateral wall. He was followed up with transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT).
                     
                    
                 
                 
                    GROSS:
                  The specimen is designated "large volume multifocal bladder tumors (solid and papillary)" and consists of an aggregate of irregularly-shaped, tan/pink soft tissue fragments with cautery present which measures 6.1 x 5.6 x 1.1 cm.
