HISTORY:

A male in his 70s presents with right flank pain. CT Abdomen and Pelvis showed a large right renal mass with direct invasion of the right hepatic lobe and likely tumor thrombus in the right renal vein and possible artifact/non-occlusive thrombus in the suprarenal IVC. He was followed up with right radical nephrectomy with regional lymphadenectomy.
