57 year old male with a past medical history of low testosterone (on supplementation) who presented with increased nocturia and weaker urinary stream that developed over the past two months. PSA increased from 2.38 ng/mL to 4.45 ng/mL over those two months. The patient decided to proceed with a prostate biopsy.
