HISTORY:
A 55 year old female with history of kidney disease and right ureteral strictures presented with nausea and general malaise, and was found to have worsening renal failure. CT Abdomen/Pelvis in 2019 with bladder wall thickening, now ultrasound showed a bladder mass. Transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) reveals 5 cm sessile bladder tumor at right posterior wall and right hemitrigone.
