HISTORY:

A 47 year old male with history of End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) received a kidney transplant, and upon follow-up stent removal, cystoscopy showed a 2 cm papillary tumor at left bladder neck. Transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) was performed.

GROSS:

The specimen is designated "bladder neck mass" and consists of an aggregate of irregularly shaped tan soft tissue fragments which measures 1.7 x 1.0 x 0.6 cm.
