Alexander D. Fitzthum, MD is an Assistant Professor-Clinical and a board certified (AP/CP) pathologist and board certified hematopathologist. He is Director of Autopsy. He earned his medical degree from The University of Toledo College of Medicine and completed his AP/CP residency and hematopathology fellowship at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center where he was Chief Resident of Clinical Pathology and received the Pathology Innovations Award and Pathology von Haam Grosser Award. His scope of practice includes Hematopathology, Autopsy Pathology, and Thoracic Pathology.
