HISTORY:

A  female in her 50s presents with right flank and back pain with urethral bleeding.

Urine in nephrostomy tube is intermittently cloudy.

The patient currently has a bladder mass and cysto-urethroscopy with resection of bladder lesion (TURB) shows a large nodular tumor at right trigone.

The bladder biopsy is shown.
