HISTORY:
                       34 year oldĀ maleĀ presented with gross hematuria along with passage of blood clots after workout in the morning. 
                          
                    CT scan revealed frond like mass in the urinary bladder near left uretero vesicular junction with concerns for extension into left ureter. Pt underwent trans ureteral resection of mass.
                 
                 
                    GROSS:
                       The mass was resected in two parts, superficial and deep and were received as tan pink fragments, 3.3 x 2.5 x 0.9 cm and 1.0 x 0.6 x 0.3 cm each.
