HISTORY:
A 30 years old adult patient with an incidentally discovered adrenal mass on cross-sectional imaging performed for unrelated reasons. The patient was asymptomatic with no evidence of hormonal overproduction. Biochemical workup including urine catecholamines and metanephrines was within normal limits. The patient underwent adrenalectomy.
