A female in her 70’s with a history of Stage IB endometrial carcinoma (status post hysterectomy) presented with a vulvar lesion. An excisional biopsy was performed.

- Metastatic endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma (FIGO Grade 1)
- Syringoma
