HISTORY:

Male in his 50’s

History of UTI without hematuria

Cystourethroscopy w/ fulguration/resection lesion bladder (turb)

Grossly bladder revealed three discrete lesions at the dome, posterior bladder wall, right lateral wall and focally extending over to the anterior wall which were red, granular, ulcerated lesion extending into the muscularis propria and perivesicular fat
