HISTORY:
A female in late 50s, with history of Hashimoto thyroiditis, hypertension and hyperlipidemia came for general well- being checkup.

A murmur was found on cardiac examination. ECHO imaging showed mild mitral insufficiency and an incidental finding of an asymptomatic mass in the Right Atrium measuring 2.75 x 3.7 cm.

After 6 months, the patient came back for a follow- up visit. MRI of heart showed an increase in the size of the Right atrial mass: 4.2 x 3.4 cm with no obstruction to the Right Atrial flow inlet. The mass was surgically excised.
