Biosketch
Bhunesh Maheshwari, MD is an Assistant Professor-Clinical in the Department of Pathology at The Ohio State University. Dr. Maheshwari is a board-certified pathologist specializing in general surgical pathology and cytopathology.
Dr. Maheshwari attended medical school in Pakistan. He completed his residency training in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology(AP/CP) in 2020 at the Case Western Reserve University-University hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2021, Dr. Maheshwari completed a Cytopathology Fellowship in the Department of Pathology at Roswell Park Cancer Center (State University of New York), Buffalo, NY.
Dr. Maheshwari is a clinical/practise track faculty and his clinical duties mainly involve providing general surgical pathology and cytopathology service at community hospitals in and around Columbus, OH.
Dr. Maheshwari has published journal articles in cytology and surgical pathology.
