Biosketch

Arwa Shana’ah is a Professor of pathology-Clinical in the Clinical Pathology Branch. She is the director of the Hematopathology Division at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and the Vice Chair of Faculty Success. She earned her MD from the University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan and then completed a combined residency in anatomic and clinical pathology followed by a fellowship in surgical pathology and then a fellowship in transfusion medicine at The Ohio State University medical center. She is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and transfusion medicine and has expertise in hematopathology with over twenty five years of experience.
