TOXICOLOGY
Toxicology Laboratory Hours:
Monday through Friday: 6:00am - 12:30am
Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays: 7:00am - 11:30pm
The Division of Toxicology provides clinical and industrial (pre-employment services to the Ohio State Medical Center and external clients through University Reference Labs
Testing areas include:
- Therapeutic Drug Monitoring
- Pain management
Clinical toxicology:
- Drug identification
- Toxic alcohol analysis
- Assessment of neonatal drug exposure
Latest technology includes:
- LC/MS/MS for definitive drug analysis
- GC/MS for quantitative drug analysis
- Alternative matrix analysis of unique specimen types
